I have been to this Wendy's twice in the last 2 months and I can't believe how great the service, speed and food was. I ate indoors each time and by the time I filled up my drink, my order was ready, hot and fresh. Kudos to staff there. Easily the best Wendy's I have been to.

this is the worse Wendy experience i ever had. it was bad, they were out of everything no ketchup, pickles , lemonade, and gave us 4 dollars in quarters for change cause they also didn't have dollar bills. when we pulled up it looked like one of the employees was buying something out of a car. ( realize he was an employee when he walk back in. ) 3 out of 5 sandwiches were made wrong. one being made with onions which one of the kids are severely allergic too. when we pointed it out, the manger Reginald , was complaining how remaking the sandwiches cost Wendy money like it was our fault

Food was great. I didn't like how unprofessional the manager was at this time. If you're going to berate your employees (which you shouldn't, you should professionally handle the situation in a place away from others), maybe close the window and not have customers hear you? Incredibly disrespectful

Beware of deceptive advertising practices. The board outside mentions a new $4 biggie promotion however when you order the four dollar option, it is not an actual biggie bag (four for four). When you see on your receipt that you got ripped off, getting half as much as usually comes with what you think you’re getting, you are not permitted to change it to a biggie bag. You must add the other two components alacart which more than doubles the total price. The crew here is good, friendly and hardworking. It’s the policies and practices that ruin the overall experience. I wouldn’t recommend eating
