Served me a raw chicken sandwich instead of cooked chicken sandwich. Completely RAW. Called the store over 5 times & never received a call back. Will be contacting corporate with receipt of purchase & pictures.

This is the worst Arby's in this area, male kid running the drive-thru ignores you trying to place order. He will have you sitting there for 5 minutes he does this all the time to multiple people in vehicles. Then when you drive up to the window he walks off so you can't see his face today it happened to me at 5PM and also the two vehicles in front of me, I'm calling corporate and the district manager this has been going on for too long at this location ONLY 11 1/2 and Van Dyke

$25 for cold food. The smallest serving of curly fries and a shake that was almost forgotten. This used to be our go to for better food and service than the one closer to our house. It will be a long time before we give them another chance.

Well I just deleted my last review of this location first time ever but today 04/15/24 about 6pm, I came back and I didnt recognize any of the staff...the restaurant was very clean that was second new thing I noticed,but the best was my order was correct food was fresh and hot huge improvement from the past all the employees new what they were doing and I will continue to return it was a 100% turn around great job to the manager im speaking of the( second shift manager ) I don't know anything about the first shift manager but I assume she/he also had something to do with the turn around also T
