We ended up at Buffalo Wild Wings because Chilli’s had rude customer service. We initially went to Chilli’s and sat at the bar waiting for table. We literally sat at the bar for over 12 minutes and the rudest bartender was having a full on personal conversation with another couple at the bar and totally ignored us the entire time until I had to say something so we left and went to a much better customer service restaurant/ bar B-DUBS! Saturday, March 7 at around 5:15 we were at that horrible Chilli’s location on Mound Road and 12 mile! B-DUBS is B-DUBS so had a ball 🏀 Until next time folks

Had to make a reservation here during super bowl in order to get in and I dont regret it. Food may had gotten to us slow but again it was during super bowl so it was to be expected, Atmosphere was lively and actually made the experience amazing, Server was nice, kind and attentive to my tablet even with the busyness of that day. Overall all enjoyed every bit of it.

I called in a take out and was placed on hold for 13 mins before walking in watching the cashier take other calls and not picking up my call that’s been on hold so I placed my order in person while still being on hold I told the cashier how long I been on hold and she said were busy while waiting for my food they have no one seating tables and it says please wait to be seated so I watch customers leave because nobody came to them and I seen customers waiting over 5 mins before being asked if they are dining in terrible service!!!!!!!! I just got my food 10:38pm smh

This was supposed to be a 10 piece boneless buffalo and 10 piece bbq. When I say I literally had to drive home in silence because I was so pissed! Took it back to get a refund, for the manager to look me dead in my face and say we don’t do cash refunds…😤 and gave me a gift card 🤦🏽 The lack of incompetence that was going on in that restaurant had me HOT!! It’s really sad when you cant just go grab something as simple as some boneless wings nomore bro! Like how do you get that wrong? Buffalo Wild Wings
