I ordered the Apple Pie Delight Digital Exclusive. I previously had ordered 3 at another BK location and was well pleased. However, not so much after ordering 2 from this location. I felt jipped. The ice cream was not full to the brim. It was so skimpy. After telling this to the drive thru teller. She said that's how it is. I didn't agree and asked to speak to a Manager. I indicated the same to him and he told me the same thing the teller had told me. I told him that I had ordered from another location and it was filled much better. He didn't budge. Today on 12/31/25 I had lunch and I must say the staff was very accommodating towards myself and my family the facility is so clean I have never been to any Burger king in Brooklyn or Queens that was so friendly and clean. So corporate you must give this location #185 in Long Island 121 west Suffolk Avenue their props and an Award for being the best at what do.

Avoid this burguer king, i was a regular here until now, they contantly forget to put the food in the bags, last time i went i used a coupo for 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 medium fries, and they forgot to put in 1 sandwich and 1 fry, i went the next day and they refused to make up for this items, while in mcdonalds for example, for courtesy they give you those items, if you go here make sure to double check you bag or at least save your receipt
