I would like to bring to the attention of the store manager the service I received on February 15th at approximately 11:15 PM. I arrived to pick up an order and waited patiently for several minutes. When I noticed it was not being handed to me, I asked about it. I was then informed that the order had already been prepared, but it was not being given to me because the young employee had misplaced the receipt that needed to be attached to the bag. Whoever the lady is at night with the glasses should be written up and retrained on how to properly serve customers! Necessary for you being in a customer service setting!!! I came in to pick up a customers door dash order and even tho I showed her the order twice she at first wasn't even going to give it to me. I had to argue with her to even get the receipt to be able to take the picture for door dash than she gave me the order. Just a little unprofessional!!

The young workers were not doing their job correctly, I asked for a frozen coffee, and he said that they didn't have it. When I told him how to make it, he had to do it. It felt like he did not want to bother to do it. My order was taken, but the service was not good, and there was no manager on the premises. All 3 workers were making orders and also had problems with another customer. In the meantime, other people were waiting on line not being helped. The bathroom door doesn't open from the outside, and the workers had to use a knife to open it. There is no lock from the inside. I am not h

Their donuts are relatively fresh. The kids that work at night are beyond unprofessional. One male was mopping and playing with his pants which were hanging off his behind, and wanted to serve. No thanks!
