Had a great experience today. The lady who took our order was very friendly. My daughter spilled her chocolate milk and they didn't let it show if they were irritated. Our food was made fresh and exactly what we ordered.

Took my grandkids to get dinner, I got the $5.00 meal deal. It was nasty, the nuggets were cold and hard, took them to the staff to get new ones and they said they would make new ones but they would come out the same because of the oil. They were kind of rude about it. There was a guy sweeping and mopping the floor but there was still food and trash on the floor under the seats and tables. This was the store on Hatch Rd in Ceres/Modesto.

This has had to have been one of the worst experiences I have had, I ordered a 8 piece nugget and snack wraps, and there was only 2 cars in front of me, WHY IS TAKE 10+ DAWM MINUTES TO GET MY FOOD. Along with this, the snack wrap is such a small portion, I can the more at the same price at mcdonalds, no wonder you guys don’t have alot of customers. Another thing is that why is there only like 3-4 people working, what the hell kind of team is that, don’t get me wrong the guy who took my order and handed my food was nice and friendly but come on, have more people working. I am geniunly surprised

2019: I stopped by in order to try the new Impossible Burger and it was amazing. Loved the taste. I was a bit disappointed about the cleanliness of the restaurant. There was trash outside in the parking lot and inside as well. Last I visited the place was spotless. Hopefully this can be turned around ASAP. 2018: Great customer service, knowledgeable staff. Dinning hall was very clean when I arrived as well as the restrooms. I personally wish there was a better selection of grilled sandwiches. I have to add that BK is really setting the bar high with their cleanliness and modernization.
