I m regular costumer for taco bell but this specific place I have been here 2 times in span of 3 years and both times they put meat in my food even though i ask them specially to make it without meat with black beans. I never eat meat in my life but they mess up everytime. I never put bad review but I m done with them now.

To wait 20 mins for a pick up to only be told it would be another 20 mins AFTER you figured they forgot about you is insane. I kindly asked for my money back only to be told it would now somehow be only a 3 minute way... keep in mind as I've been waiting...inside...this whole time... people are ordering AFTER me and getting their order BEFORE ME!

It was late and there was a line of at least 10 cars so I'll give them that,but then got my order wrong an then argued with . Me saying I didn't order what I said I did and. Didn't want to switch it out so I paid for a whole other meal

Worst beef supreme chalupa! 6+ dollars for no meat and a cup of lettuce! Really infuriating when your hungry and get this kind of service!
