I really wanted to love this place and the atmosphere delivers , upscale, romantic, great energy. But the food experience left a lot to be desired. I ordered the grilled swordfish at $46 and the moment it was set in front of me I knew something was off. It had a strong fishy smell that hit immediately , and fresh fish simply does not smell like that. When I cut into it, it was completely dry all the way through. They have Excellent drinks and steaks cooked to perfection. There isn’t anything that DC steakhouse does not excel at. We have been a few times and are never disappointed! Their service staff are very friendly and helpful without you even asking. They have a great sense of anticipating what you need before you ask. Highly recommended!

Worst experience. They do not split bills just so.you know. We had two tables and they would not even split it two bills. We were with a conference and they were not accommodating at all. Ended up at Elliots Instead. Elliott's was amazing. Just go there to start with. The filet melts in your mouth and guess what? They split the bill.

From start to finish, this visit was exceptional. I ordered the Blue Cheese Wedge Salad, Blackened Steak Tips, Lobster Mashed Potatoes, Calamari, and the Layered Chocolate Cake, and every single bite was delicious. The steak tips were perfectly seasoned, the lobster mash was rich and indulgent, and the calamari had that ideal crisp without being greasy, very good portions too. But let’s talk dessert: if you’re a chocolate lover like me, do not leave without trying the Layered Chocolate Cake. It’s decadent, beautifully presented, and worth every forkful.
