SoHo Bistro is under new management! I decided to check them out at my friend’s request on Memorial Day. You do have to park at the Truist parking deck in order to dine in, but they validate your parking ticket so you don’t have to pay (I spent a long time afterwards chatting so I ended up paying $5 for parking). Inside of the Truist Center, I spoke with Steve who not only gave me directions to the restaurant, he also went above and beyond to make sure I could get back into the building to get to my car (otherwise I’d have to walk around the building). I didn’t want to leave a review be because I don’t want people to overcrowd my new favorite hidden gem. SoHo Bistro is EVERYTHING I need in a Chinese restaurant! I had the chicken and broccoli (spicy) and my husband had the SoHo Twin Delight. When I tell you all that broccoli was so fresh and so crispy, believe me! My husband's shrimp was thick, seasoned, and prepared beautifully. The manager, Cory, has the BEST energy as soon as you walk through the door. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great experience at Soho Bistro. The food came out fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The Hunan Beef was easily one of the highlights of the meal. It had the perfect balance of spice and savory flavor, with tender beef and crisp vegetables that still had a nice bite to them. SoHo Bistro did not come to play. The Chinese food was excellent, and the sesame chicken was the star of the show. Crispy, flavorful, and easily some of the best I have had since moving to Charlotte. The staff was warm and welcoming, which always earns bonus points. I left full, happy, and already planning my return to work my way through the rest of the menu.
