Neal and the rest of this Cava team has completely turned me into a huge fan! They had a long line on my first ever Cava visit and they heard me say it was my first time and immediately slowed down. They explained everything and even let me taste the braised lamb(10/10!!) the customer service is unmatched! I will be returning day in day out!

I just started eating my bowl a few minutes ago and almost bit into a piece of completely raw chicken. I noticed something seemed off when my fork went into the piece of chicken, so I cut it open to discover that it was completely raw, almost appearing as if it had never touched any heat. At this point, I was already well into eating my bowl, so who knows if I have already consumed some raw chicken. This is despicable, dangerous, and disgusting. To state the obvious, Cava will never see another cent from me again.

This Cava is the best! I have been to many and not to bad mouth others, but this one is run so smoothly, they give accurate portions and the academy manager is so kind! You can tell the places managed well!

Cava is hands down my favorite place to eat! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and so good every single time. It’s honestly the best spot when I want something that tastes amazing but still feels fresh and filling. The bowls are always perfect and there are so many options to choose from. What really makes this place stand out though is the workers- especially Billy. Everyone is always so kind, welcoming, and helpful. They make the whole experience even better with their great attitudes and amazing customer service. I always leave happy and excited to come back. Definitely one of the best
