They basically never get orders right. Tonight they left off sauce and got a burger wrong. Last time they forgot the dipping sauces and put on extra ketchup instead of none. Time before that they missed a burger, before that they took the online order but were closed, and before that they missed multiple items and gave me reward points instead of a refund. And yes, I should have given up ages ago but my kids love it but I’m so done now.

Extremely disappointed with our experience at this Burger King in Chelmsford. I ordered about $22 worth of food for lunch for my daughter and me, and it took nearly 45 minutes to receive it. When our food finally came out, it was cold, hard, and clearly not fresh. We couldn’t even eat it. To make matters worse, my daughter’s milk was spoiled and had a horrible sour taste. That’s completely unacceptable, especially when serving children. I calmly asked the employees to make it right and replace our food with fresh items, but they refused. Haven't had a Whopper for some time, but I thought the one here hasn't changed from the past. Good sized patty, nice veggies, right amount of sauces. BK fries aren't the best. Price for a combo was very reasonable.

Got to the window. Late night. No one behind me. Asked for a moment to look at the menu and was reminded they are on a timer system. I have never been told this only “no problem let us know when you’re ready”. I don’t frequent BK and had no idea what I wanted. I told him to keep his timer and backed out of the drive thru. Ridiculous. Not spending money someplace that treats customers like that.
