I like to come here somewhat regularly as a lot of Five Guys no longer carry Coffee Milkshakes but this location still does. When they are very busy the fries can be rushed and not as good as other places but the cleanliness and service make up for it. I really like this place all things considered. Also a special thanks to the girl with dyed hair and piercings, and the white guy with short brown hair and a black uniform. Both of them were very kind to me today and remade a milkshake for me.

I've been to this location plenty of times. It's always a mess. Floor is greasy, tables are always greasy. Drinks from the Coke Freestyle machine are hit or miss regarding which flavors are out. I only go here in a pinch. Food is consistently good. Staff are usually friendly and helpful though there are a few folks that seem to be NPCs and have only the basic verbal communication skills.

Disappointing experience. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with multiple add ons, but several items were missing including the bacon. This isn’t a one time issue either, on a previous order, items were missing as well. It’s frustrating to pay, take time to make all these customizations and not receive them. Consistency and attention to orders really need improvement. Edit 1/7/25: I was contacted by their district manager regarding my feedback and I was assured that they will do their best to prevent such incidents in the future. This really shows that they care about their customers. Very much
