There’s nothing that upsets me more than to not get good value for what you paid for. Spent over $20 on KFC and the food taste like trash. Tell me why is there so much damn oil in the bowl so much of it leaked all over the bag and my car seat as well as the other box that had another combo in it. I would’ve been better off coming home and making a damn sandwich. What the hell do you need so much damn oil in a bowl for. People save your money. This was a waste of my money and a waste of my time. I think I’m done with KFC.

Do not go to this location. Manager is down right rude and offensive. Food not properly cooked. Drove back. They no longer give refunds for any reason. Local resident. This is the third improperly prepared food in a row. I will no longer go to this location.

Wow. Just, wow. Ordered through the app. Arrived at Drive Thru to be told the drive thru was closed I had to come inside. I said even though I ordered on the app? She asked for my order info and said yes still please come inside. I went inside, the small lobby was full of customers who all seemed irritated (probably due to the drive thru closure which the reviews say has being going on for a while). Waited my turn only to be told they don't carry the food I ordered. (Twister, Potato Wedges) They could not refund or cancel the order, that I had to do it through the app. I was on "hold" in the

Drive thru is broken, so had to go inside. But fine, things happen. Then I go to order honey bbq wings (the only thing I get from here and happy they finally came back after KFC got rid of them for 15 years for some reason) and they said they don't do honey bbq wings here anymore. Just dumb
