I understand that shortages can happen occasionally, but there is no reason a major chain restaurant should consistently be out of core menu items in the middle of the day. It reflects poor inventory management and a lack of consistency for customers. I’m tired of spending money at a location where the same problem keeps happening over and over again with no improvement. At this point, it feels less like an occasional inconvenience and more like a complete disregard for the customer experience. Cold tacos I told them about. They didn't nothing about it. Just looked like we were crazy. Also, had I not checked the bag we've would've been without 2 quesadillas and the dude that was making the food told us literally he was rushing to leave because his shift was over. I'll never come back to this taco bell ever. We did eat here so I could still look these disrespectful unprofessional lousy cooks, prep workers..etc

I usually go here and I love it! But today was not it.. I sat in the drive through for 13 mins backed in and when I finally got to speak with someone I waited another 3 mins and once I paid for my food I was told to wait for my food which I did and that took 15 mins I have missed items and sauces
