Nice quiet atmosphere to eat comfort food. We chose the pick 2 combo and there was a mistake with the soup. They quickly resolved the issue and were very sweet and apologetic. The staff were all friendly with each other and with other customers.

If you know anything about me, I love Bread Co! I especially love their restrooms. Today’s visit to the Chesterfield location was a little different. This location is relatively newer yet, I don’t think the bathroom is laid out very well. One stall was very little. Due to this, I question all my life decisions by using it. Thankfully there was more than one option to use. I would like to give a special thanks to the person who pee’d on the toilet seat that I’m currently sitting on as I type this. It’s such a hot day, and the wetness helps cool my body.

Cafe was dirty with uncleaned tables upon entry. I stood at the front counter for five minutes before giving up and using the kiosk. No one acknowledged me. I got the tulip cookie which has been a favorite for years. The recipe has changed and it’s now absolutely awful. They don’t offer any of my usual sandwich orders and everything looks frozen or like it had been sitting out for several days (for items in the case).

I used to love going to Bread Co but they have gotten so dirty I just can’t eat there. It’s not just this one either. The bathrooms look like they haven’t been cleaned, the kitchen which is open so you can see is dirty, the floors are gross tile and carpet. I know staffing is tight but if you can’t keep your place clean get a cleaning crew.
