Was just in (11:50a.m 5/9) and the service was AMAZING!!!! I want to take the survey, but I can't find my receipt. The guys in the kitchen were freaking phenomenal!! The whole team was awesome, but that one guy stood out the most. Thank you guys so much for your awesome service!!! 10 stars!

Service was horrible. Went thru the drive thru. Forgot a sandwich. Went inside and there was a line of people who's orders were all messed up. Manager had an attitude. Then get home and the potato cakes and curly fries tasted horrible. I called to let the manager know the the fryer oil needs to be changed. She could care less. Keep it up and this will be one more restaurant in Cheyenne that closes down due to crappy service and food.

I had left a review of Arby's earlier this evening, I usually go to the Arby's on Lincoln Way in Cheyenne Wy, Ive always been tteated great there! Tonight I made the unfortunate decision to stop by the Arby's on Yellowstone, since it would be on my way home. I went in the drive thru, I placed my order, two of the $7.99 boxes. I ordered the boxes added cheese to both, it came with drinks so I asked for the strawberry lemonade. Now, I totally understand it cost 75¢ for each order to add cheese. Ordered a small snack of curly fries and jalapeño poppers. They came out piping hot and were even given a warning by the staff. They were very tasty and would have them again.
