I love this location. In general, Chick-fil-A is known for smiling faces and great customer service, but Katie goes above and beyond! She is super friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating! I frequent this location when I leave the train and I want to say that she’s an asset to this team! This location is well kept and management seemingly does a great job.

Have certainly visited several Chick-fil-A's before selecting this location as a favorite. Busy or not, the service is the same. Each cashier is always smiling and happy to serve. I have enjoyed breakfast; the minis with hash browns are a favorite. There are times when I have also enjoyed the breakfast bowl and a biscuit with honey. I have enjoyed lunch; the spicy chicken sandwich, with waffle fries and a frosted lemonade is always a win for me. Of course, I have tried their new menu items and have been impressed. I went to this Chick-fil-A because it was the closest one to me even though I usually go to a different location. There was an app outage on my rewards and the managers said they couldn’t do anything and told me to come back. I explained that I couldn’t come back and that there isn’t a Chick-fil-A near me. On top of that my reward was a special that was ending that day so it’s not like I could just use it another time. Despite my coming in when the store was busy, the food was ready in what felt like seconds, with all the modifications accommodated. The whole team was very sweet. Tables were cleaned as soon as guests got up. Tati made sure the booths and floors were spotless. Michael, I'm assuming the manager, checked in on guests dining in, offering refills or extra napkins as needed. Impressive how efficient the service was at such a busy spot. Great work!
