Pretty cool vibe, great atmosphere. It can be pretty loud in there, but other than that loved the place. The waitress automatically added the tip in the bill, which I did not like because I prefer to tip in cash. Pizza was so delicious

I was served a raw burger today at the Kenwood Rd location in Ohio, and rather than get my money back, I was given $2.00 off because my raw burger was already discounted for a lunch special... I used to eat there once a week. I will not be back.

I was waiting for about 10 minutes, which was fine. The bartender kept serving people who came up after which was fine, I said nothing. Then when I finally do get addressed I tell him that I had been waiting before the guy for me and he tells me my attitude needs to change? I said excuse me because I genuinely did not think he was talking to me but he repeated it and was just downright nasty and told me " I can wait." Appalling service, and for no reason. I'm a bartender myself and I would never be that rude. Terrible service and I won't be returning. I loved coming here for a drink after work
