The incident was today.. After all that traffic in Drive thru, i went to get my food in drive thru, A lady handed me another’s order. I honestly told her that mine. She was rude and was like “then whats your order?” Finally she gave me my order and When i started eating. I found the coke was hot and they just dropped some ice on the top of it, the cola tasked like stale. Never going again!!!

This place is consistently a 4 or 5. Tonight was a 5. I just had the best quarter pounder I've ever had. Slightly crispy on the outside, completely done on the inside. Toppings were primo and proportioned perfectly. I also had medium fries which were hot and fresh and the box was full. And my sweet tea is always good! We come here at least once a week and are never disappointed. We use the app and rarely pay more than $10 for burger, fries, and drink. Sometimes we splurge for a milkshake or large fries and drink. But the app is amazingly helpful!

Staff is great and food is good but disappointed they got rid of the soda fountain for guest use. Now I can’t mix my sodas as I please because it’s all done by a robot behind the counter. :(

Hannah at drive-through was really pleasant very nice. She greeted me with a smile and did a great job on my order. She made my experience at McDonald’s a very pleasant one and I appreciate her for that. I am very happy with my order.
