Ordered a chicken bacon Swiss sandwich. The chicken tastes dryer than cat litter. Literally hard pieces of dried chicken. Didn’t know I ordered chicken jerky. It doesn’t look burnt or overcooked. Is the owner that cheap that he/she won’t toss out old pieces of chicken? I think I’ll pass going here from now on. Plenty of other places to go and get a better chicken sandwich.

I had a disappointing experience at this Arby’s that really didn’t need to happen. I arrived ready to order and mentioned that I had a coupon but had accidentally left it at home. I knew the exact coupon details item, price, and promotion and explained this clearly at the counter. Instead of offering any flexibility or customer service, the employee’s response was simply that I should go home and get it. No attempt to help. No effort to verify the promotion.
