Drive thru order, 7:11pm on 4/24/26: All I got was a whopper and fries (declined the drink, paid for the meal as I had a coupon for a $10 small combo) and both were cold, which is weird considering how slow it was. The cashier tried to upsell multiple times which is off-putting; I told you that’s all I’d like, thanks. Tried to call afterward, just to leave feedback as the last couple times I’ve been to this location were very pleasant (hence 2 star instead of 1) and I was wondering what’s happened. No answer.

Burger King team, I wanted to share some feedback regarding the Churros I recently purchased. Unfortunately, the quality and taste did not meet my expectations based on what is presented in your menu. That's the worst churros I have ever tasted. I believe this item might benefit from a review, as it could enhance the overall customer experience. Thank you for considering my suggestion. I appreciate your commitment to quality.

It takes a LOT for me to send food back, especially to a fast food restaurant, but this whopper jr from this BK was so disgusting I had to. The entire burger, not just the patty had been nuked in the microwave. Tge employee explained they do that to melt the cheese and he agreed it was nasty “that’s why he doesn’t order with cheese” 🤢 bro. The Mayo was that nasty translucent color and the bun was stuck to the patty. This is like bottom tier jail food. Nobody should serve this let alone charge money for it. Do better, BK. At least shoot for average. 0/5 and I’ll never go back.

This burger king made it so I will never go to another one again. They got my meal wrong the first time so I went in very respectfully and they fixed my order. So my daughter and I begin to eat in the car and I finally look down at my bread and there's spots of mold on the bread. I've never been so disgusted by a fast food place and this one does not care about the food they service and also don't care to get the orders correct in the first place.... Thumbs down for burger king.
