I tried doing this on the app via customer service to not fully blast y’all but it’s not working whatsoever to even submit the issue. I’ve ordered from this restaurant a couple times before and had issues, but I know mistakes happen everyone is human, so I never reported the issue(they weren’t that big of deals to me). One of the sandwiches is soggy and the other is missing half of its fillings . When you order food to go you will get bread with cheese and onion. Airplane food is better .

Ordered through door dash several times however I never get the entire order on average 1/3 to 1/2 is missing every time the French onion soup is would recommend going elsewhere sometimes it's great and done properly the next time it's all onion and no broth and is kinda dry the time after that will be a bowl of broth and cheese that's another issue sometims they Member to put it in the rest will not get put in. I have attempted to reach out through door dash and by call the store but no resolution and always get the same response sorry it won't happen again and the next time I order it happen

I ordered a to-go sandwich from Panera Bread while traveling from Orlando to Miami by train. I hadn’t eaten anything, and when I finally sat down to eat, I opened the sandwich wrapper and found a black hair inside. It was disgusting, unexpected, and completely unacceptable. I contacted the store, and they refunded my money, which I appreciate, but I also expected some form of additional compensation or at least a sincere apology.
