So, I went to Wendy’s and one of the employees was serving me. She asked me what I wanted, and I told her I wanted a spicy chicken sandwich, no mayo, a small fry, and a small drink. It was a simple order, but she seemed confused. She had to bring in someone else to take my order. Not sure how much for the combo, but they charged me individually and did not ask if I wanted the combo since I individually asked for all 3. Great experience at this wendy's, are they consistently get the order out on time, and you can customize the burgers to your liking using the app, and they are good about respecting the customizations. I wish they didn't charge so much for sour cream, at many locations the extra sour cream is free. But still this is a solid Wendy's

At this Wendy’s, the only thing I like is the food and the slightly retro fast-food style, which I really enjoy. However, I went on April 20, 2026, and I have never received such unpleasant service. The girl at the counter who took my order couldn’t understand a word of English and seemed completely disconnected—she didn’t understand anything I was saying and knew absolutely nothing about the menu. So Ive always gotten a biggie bad and substitute the fries for a large chili, not this time. They said " we don't make any substitutions" so I ordered a large chili. I open it up it's not even full and it was 95% beans very little meat. I never had a worst chili. Very disappointed ☹️
