I read the reviews trying to determine if I wanted to get food here because some were good, but some were bad. Decided to give it a try despite what I read. BIG MISTAKE! My daughter loves ribs so we went through the drive thru and ordered the slab dinner for 2. Got home and when I say that was the worst BBQ I have ever had. The ribs were dry, the side of greens had a strange taste, the baked beans were so dark, like a very dark brown and thick like potato salad, they tasted very nasty, idk if they were burnt or what but I have never seen baked beans so dark before in my life. Corky’s is a “must stop” whenever we visit the Memphis area. Jasmine at this location is awesome! She is knowledgeable on the menu and very friendly. She keeps things moving. The food is consistently amazing. Memphis style BBQ holds a dear place in our hearts.
