My recent visit to Twin Peaks was unfortunately very disappointing, particularly when it came to customer service. From the start, the service felt unorganized and inattentive, especially at the bar. I understand that restaurants can get busy and staff can feel overwhelmed at times, but the level of attention we received was far below what should be expected. Drink refills were slow and often required multiple attempts to get a bartender’s attention. Ordering food also took much longer than it reasonably should have, which added to the frustration.
