I ordered a pick two and asked the cashier for extra pickles instead of bread or chips. I got my order checked for the extra pickels and they where not their. No problem i just asked. Well the girl told me my pickle was with the sandwich and rolled her eyes when i said i woukd like some extra please. She definitely was to bothered by this. The sandwich when i got home had all the chicken on one side and all the toppings on the other. Bread co did better then this. You can do better.

All the employees here are fun, kind, and enthusiastic. I've seen lots of different faces over the past year, but no matter what they're always very welcoming. I sit and eat in this Panera a lot cause I work in the mall and it's convenient and comfortable. I don't like Panera as a brand. Panera the company chooses to make tasteless food that smells like a floor drain and overpriced coffee and tea. My only criticism of this location is the cleanliness of the bathrooms, my shoes audibly stick to the bathroom floors every time I go in.

I love this restaurant! They do their best to provide clean spacious tables in a small space. They give you refills on very tasty low sugar and no sugar natural drinks. They give you finest ingredients for their sandwiches and soups and salads. What more could be better? The customer service is superb. They give you a beeper so you know as soon as your food is ready.
