I had a really great experience thanks to Matt, the manager at Applebee’s. From the moment we walked in, he made sure everything was running smoothly and that guests were taken care of. You can tell he genuinely cares about both the customers and his team. Matt was professional, attentive, and quick to step in whenever needed. He checked in on tables, handled things efficiently, and kept a positive attitude the entire time. I never come on here and write reviews, but I had to for this because this experience was honestly horrible. Me and at least 10 of my friends came here for the all you can eat deal, and from the start the service was terrible. Our waitress barely checked on us the whole night, and while everyone else got their food, I waited over an hour longer just to get mine. On top of that, she kept bringing random items to the table that none of us ordered, and I had to ask multiple times where my food even was. It was an okay experience. Would only go if convenient. Went on wednesday night completely empty restaurent however 10 mins after food came, waiter came to offer me boxes to go. I just started eating told her id be finishing my meal. Not sure why she was rushing me as me and my family just got our meal not too long ago. Then pressured us to pay the bill. Id understand if the restaurent was slightly busy but the entire restaurant was pretty much empty. Left a bad taste for a first experience. Side note, table was really dirty.
