I was helped by a girl named sky yesterday, and just because I wanted more milk and told her it was strong, she raised her voice at me. Seriously you work at a coffee shop and that's how she is allowed to act..... Definitely not going back and that isn't a field for her. She should work where she isn't giving attitude and raising her voice at customers... I wasn't Informed the cold brew was the strongest. Next time they should be more clear. But that's the last time I go there for sure!

I'm a big Coffee bean and tea leaf supporter....unfortunately when I come to this location....they are very deceitful and have charged me different amounts on visits...today...they did not have 32 oz cups....they offered two 16 oz cups to accommodate....but were charging me 11 plus dollars...that's not an accomodations that's deceitful business to profit. When they did have 32 oz cups....they charged me 7.95 vs 7.20 on other days....please pay attention to what your ordering and what you are paying...or get robbed by them. With all due respect

Coffee Bean > Starbucks. Always said that. This location in particular, however, definitely takes care of their customers. The drinks are handcrafted with detail, not rushed and shelled out like a SB, you will wait to get your drink, but it is worth it TRUST ME. At a Starbucks you always see drinks pile up because of how fast they do it; here they're scattered because of the time it takes and that's what makes it taste phenomenal. And it's a $5 Large, you can't beat that.

Absolutely loved this place! The atmosphere is incredibly cozy and inviting, perfect for working or catching up with friends. The latte was smooth, and the staff were so friendly. Definitely my new go-to spot!
