They premade all their food I’m guessing because they get busy. ALL MY FOOD is soggy and cold like it’s been sitting out for awhile. I got tacos and they definitely were premade and just sitting there. I’m so pissed right now. I don’t even eat take out often. This is why. This is the first time I’ve had to log on to write a review in b a long time.

super rude employees ! Had to pick up an order, I asked for extra ketchup & taco sauce the lady went to shame me before she can give me any! Never been treated that HORRIBLE at any jack in the box…

My best friend normally gets a sausage sandwich which is enjoyable for what it is, but he wanted to try something new so he ordered a chicken salad with extra ranch, but there was barely any chicken inside and they didn’t add the extra ranch. He said he wouldn’t recommend unfortunately.
