I came in today and was attended by Jamila. She was a ray of sunshine and I enjoyed my food experience and chat with her. Coach girlies recognize coach girlies. As well as all the female cashiers were as equally kind and pleasant. The only thing I was disappointed with was the portions of my food I felt they were a little small for what I paid for.

Ordered chicken BBQ & Katsu, was under the impression I was getting beef and katsu as shows in the picture. Ordered from door dash, got the plate and its beef and bbq chicken. Handled through door dash and got refunded. Called the store to tell them how I felt because I’m a regular customer @ ONO, get transferred to manager and explain to her, doesn’t apologize doesn’t show any appreciate for the business of a regular customer. Proceeded to tell me how I ordered it wrong on door dash, and explained how I should order it next time. When listening to her explanation I see the plate actually come

The place is real clean and the cashier that took my order was super professional... It took about 15 minutes for my order but I did order two seafood platters which by the way were delicious... It does seem like they changed their macaroni salad ingredients and although it wasn't what I was expecting it was pretty tasty... Fish and jumbo shrimp were juicy... Good eating today!!
