The drive thru was packed line not moving so I decided to go inside to place my order. I guess that pissed off the worker because as soon as the mess whoever wears the brown shirt told her to take my order she walked to the register with an attitude I was pulling up my code and she walked away. The manger let her know that I was ready. I was placing my order then I asked for a strawberry watermelon lemonade. She told me I was not allowed to get that. I asked her why not because any other Burger King I go to, I order it and get it. She replied they not supposed to do that and rung me up. I told

I strongly dislike BK as a whole because 9/10 experiences I have had, were unpleasant. Most of the time the food is not fresh and there’s just an overall lack of quality. Nevertheless I stopped by for breakfast as a last minute decision. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese croissant with hash browns and an OJ. All of my items were fresh, the drive thru wait time was minimal and the employee at the window was kind. Good experience, which is an anomaly for me.

Everytime I go to this location they mess up my order!!! EVERYTIME! Then no one will answer the phone because they are in there playing around! I'm tired of giving my money and not receiving what I paid for. Juanito swore TWICE that everything was in my bag and soon as I get home NOPE our fries are missing!! I'm livid then I have to give my kids my food and not eat. Or drive all the way back and hope they believe what I say! Who would drive back to a location over food if It was really NOT in the bag!? I just want what I pay for! Do better BURGER KING and stop skimping your customers!!! IM SO

This place is a joke waited 10 minutes for my food no explanation saw two employees from Popeyes walk up long after I had already placed my order they leave before I get my food . My food was cold and definitely not fresh . I assume the guy was the “Manager “ taking to them saying shakes . My food was cold not even warm tried to call and of course they could not answer…. Save yourself the trouble and do not spend your hard earned money at a place who could. Careless about you.. It starts with Ownership hiring the wrong managers and the managers not caring about paying customers only worrying
