I’m sitting here in a parking spot watching everyone else get their food while my son is sitting here hungry because there’s a wait on spicy fillets which should’ve been noted to me. Have been going to this location since it opened. The food is always good. Properly prepared and served according to the companies standards. The one thing that has changed over the last couple of months is the quality of the staff. Service has gotten slower. The original crew was always very fast and accurate with the orders. This new bunch doesn't seem to take the same pride in their work. More than a few times my order was not correct. Also, the line that used to go quickly has gotten so slow at times, I have pulled out of line and gone to a different Chick-fil-A or gone to a competitor for

Love Chick-fil-A. This is the first (only?) exclusively drive-thru facility I have experienced. No lobby! Stop here for a quick, tasty meal. Don't stop here to go potty. 😁

Managers pay attention....the breakfast bowls are not up to the other stores! They are smaller in portions and the prep is never consistent! Today I got my regular bowl, no cheese and small amount of eggs in it?? Come on guys stop being sloppy, management get on this please! Don't cheat the customers!
