So areas where new and then other areas had old ceiling tiles. The place was a little dirty but nothing that would keep me from eating there.

After waiting a few mins finally someone opened the window and said “Here” and practically threw the bag at me. No warm smile just a disgusted look. Also my chili seemed watery.
