I got the cookie butter iced coffee. It didn't even taste like cookie butter. It tasted like vanilla with a splash of caramel. Dutch Brothers is way better. But sadly they don't have any in Arkansas. So I figured I'd give them a try. Yeah not my cup of coffee.

Order a large shake to try something new and get served a $9 chocolate water. Tell the guy that it’s extremely watery and get told to pull back around in line to get it remade. Not waiting 20+ mins to get something that should’ve been right the first time especially being such a simple order. And getting asked to select a dollar amount in the tip option is rude. Tips are for gratitude only not a have to
