I ordered $100 worth of food from them through door dash. The only item I cared about because I’ve been craving it forever was the Bavarian Crème pizza. It alone was $20. It came undercooked, soupy and oozing butter. It’s all gritty from separated ingredients. No one could eat it. It’s disgusting. It literally made my stomach sick. I couldn’t eat anything after that. The store refused to refund me because its door dash’s job. Door dash would only offer $5. The damn pizza cost me 4 times that. I’m nauseous and I’m out money. Neither company did a thing about it. Came here for the "PlayWorld Maze" that is advertised on the home page of the website, but was informed they haven't had that play area for many years. Big let down. Then i got a game card and wasted points trying to play air hockey because there was no puck. Then I played another game, and it didn't give me my tickets. Went to get dessert pizza and there was only two tiny slices of one kind. We left without even using all our points because I was so aggravated.
