Extremely disappointed. I have been going to this location for about 3 months now and have had 1 or 2 good experience's. Unfortunately, this location is the closest for me so I continue to go. Today I waited 17 minutes, 3 cars in front of me, all getting just a coffee. I get the same order every time, multiple times a week and it is consistently wrong. I pay for toppings on my food and it’s almost always missing, so much so - I’ve bought my own for at home to add. Today my drink was incorrect and they tried to convince me it would take too long to make a new one when I asked for it to be fixed

Five stars all around for Dunkin’—especially this Fridley, MN location. I placed a fairly large order (8 dozen!) a few days in advance, and the team handled it without hesitation. When I arrived about 10 minutes early, everything was already prepared, organized, and ready to go. The entire process—from ordering to pick up—was seamless and stress-free. It’s not always easy to coordinate a large order like that, but they made it look effortless. Really appreciate the great service and reliability. Thanks for a fantastic experience!

Update: October 2025- came in to get a gift card (amex gold benefit forces me to continue to patronize this God awful establishment)... Not one hello, nobody acknowledged me. Terrible staff. On a positive note, the coffee in the retail area want expired. Win. Update: August 2025. Things sure have changed since my last visit. The employees here are awful. The shift "lead" is now yelling at the other employee. Such a bad experience. I'm just trying to buy some coffee- expired coffee at that. Incompetent. Thank you Mr. Arizona face mask drive-thru worker! Such a great attitude and awe

Whoever was working yesterday coming in to work while we were walking in, both of these young gentlemen held the door for my family and i. The manners were appreciated and the one taking our order didn’t rush us especially with two small kids picking out donuts. We’ll definitely be back but seriously, give that kid a raise. God bless
