Went to the drive through at around 4-5pm 6/16/26. When me and my husband got into the drive thru they proceeded to tell us they were only taking orders inside the store…. My husband politely asked how come and they said it was because there was a 7 minute wait on chicken…. All we wanted was mashed potatoes and gravy but before we could even say that they said they were taking all orders inside. My husband then said to me to look online for another KFC nearby as we both didn’t want to go inside… we said we only wanted 2 large sides of mashed potatoes and gravy then they said to pull forward, g

I don't know what happened to KFC... Went here for the first time in a couple years last night. They couldn't handle drive through orders for some reason, so I had to drive around and go inside. There were 5 or 6 people standing and waiting for their orders. Eventually I get my order of strips and grab one. They're barely warm. Clearly not cooked any time recently. They're brown, and not golden like they used to be. It didn't make me sick I guess, so it is edible I suppose. Just not good, and poor service on top of it. Old KFC from the 1990s was great. Go back to that formula! And

Went here on a Sunday at noon. Maybe 1 car in the parking lot. Service was slow and food was terribly made. I should of have just left waiting for over 15 minutes even though there was only 1 customer. Fries was stale and nasty and the twister wrap was horribly made. No bacon, Ice was out of order. There is NO effort what so ever at all from any of the employees. This place is literally a dump. If this is a franchise own KFC the owner need to be investigated and shut it down or worst if it's corporate owned they should just get rid of it.

So order a 12 piece. Sides, mash and sweetcorn. See the attached picture for the "sweetcorn" I mean just say you're out of corn, I'll have something else. Waited half an hour for it too.
