Ordered meal 1 on 6/15/26 that was awful. The normal soft cha lupa taco was crispy, cold and stale tasting. The soft shell taco was also cold, not fully cooked, and only had the meat coming out of both ends. The person taking the order talked so softly that I suggested she speak louder when taking orders. She blankly stared at me and then closed the window. I won’t be purchasing from them again.

I ordered a breakfast crunchwrap and an ice coffee. They handed me my ice coffee with no ice in it. So had to ask for ice. Didn't taste too good either. Crunch wrap was good

I ordered online and payed in advance, I came all the way in a snowstorm after a 2 and a half hour overtime day and I specifically added extra sauce to the menu and you crayon eaters forgot my sauce. I would've preferred to drive into oncoming traffic and die a slow and painful death on the way to the hospital than have you guys mess up my order again. Please for the love of God if you guys are going to mess up the sauce just ask at the window and make me repeat myself.
