The brisket was season well but the meat was too fatty, pork belly might be a better choice. Laab and curry was good but the Chicken Khao Piak was very blend and water down... Pad kapao was too watery as well.

I didn't eat much of it because it was not very good. My sister got the Drunken Noodles and that was more flavorful and layered. It had a nice spice and lots of vegetables. The Lao papaya salad was plentiful, although the generic one sold at the Asian store had a punchier flavor. The egg rolls were also just ok.

Thai Fusion are excellent and made with quality and care. You can see and taste it. I made another visited 3/1/24 and added more photo of the foods. Just look at the quality. It taste even better than it look.
