Nilufer Saglam★We came here right after 4th july festival at 11.44pm. I always come to whataburger and had never been disappointed with the service until tonight. There was a lady who took our order. Her name was Ruby and she was incredibly rude to the customers and her coworkers. I’m a server too so i know how hard is but you never act like the way she was, ever! Her attitude to other coworker was also very rude and just disgusting to see. I truly felt bad for them. Josiah on the other hand was the sweetest kid and obviously hard worker and very kind to the people around him while being mistreated by Ruby.
