Yeah, I'm so glad I wanted to try the promotional burger. 🙄 I didn't want the lettus or the tomato so that I could actually taste the sauce and pickle chips. This is ridiculous. This location has disappointed several times before; I'm done.

They kept us waiting at the order speaker for 15 minutes with no other cars there. When we asked if we can order they claimed they were receiving too many orders and we were "free to go elsewhere ". We had to drive out of line (two cars ahead of us) and head inside. The employees working today suck, no customer service, the time they make you wait is ridiculous. I understand being busy but their time management needs serious work or better training. Never coming to the location again.

Last minute dinner plans. Usually, we go through the drive-through and never fails, something in our order is wrong or missing. We always have a big order. This time, we decided to dine in, and Jamal took our order. He was spot on, very polite, and patient. We have a lot of requests when it comes to our burgers, and Jamal took care of all it. I def appreciate his customer service and the way he engaged with our kiddos. No issues with our food. Everything came out hot and exactly how we ordered!
