Friendlys used to be a great place. Not anymore. Top dollar for frozen food. And even when they prepare it still tastes terrible. Ice creams still good. But thats about all I can say about this place. Would not recommend wasting your time or money coming here. Awful experience.

I recently placed a mobile order at Friendly’s and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. When I arrived, I stood there for about 3-5 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge or assist me, but no one did. When I finally received my order, my drink was missing, and I had to wait even longer for it. The overall experience felt very unorganized, and the staff came across as uninterested and lacking basic customer service. I understand places get busy, but a simple greeting and attention to orders go a long way. This experience was off-putting, and I hope improvements are made.
