Did an online order at 4:10 the app stated my order would be ready at 4:30 when I got to the restaurant my order was not ready and the workers was nonchalant. This restaurant is never even busy when I drive by so I don’t know why they never have chicken, sides, or strips ready available. It’s called fast food for a reason. Then after the young lady told me it was a 15 minute wait, when customers came in 10 minutes after me she still said it was a 10 wait. I got my order using Uber eats. I got called back twice for substitutions. I wish I had just canceled the order instead of trying to give them a chance. I didnt even get what we agreed upon. I originally ordered honey BBQ wings and ended up getting cold nasty plain tenders. I was so frustrated. How can you mess up an order even after communicating? On a good note, at least the person on the phone seemed to had a good attitude. I don't plan to order again. Wish I could get a refund because it was so horrible and a waste of money.

Much better then their Southaven location! Went through the drive through. The wait was not long at at. The order taker was friendly. The order wasn’t given to me correctly. The food was hot and good. I will be back.
