Our first visit to Chick-fil-A was at the location on Hidden Valley Pkwy in Corona, CA, and we honestly left with a very good impression 🥰. Big, big thank you to Skylar tonight. We went in to give our dog his final dinner of French fries and an ice cream cone. Our dog is 15 and has cancer and we wanted to give him some treats before his final resting day. Skylar had the best customer service and took care of us in the most compassionate way. I was trying to not cry as I ordered our dogs last treat and she made me feel so comfortable with her. The note on the bag for our dogs French fries was the best surprise ever. The quality of the food changed. I was a big fan of the Chick - fil -A but on the last 2 visits ordering both times the sandwich, fries and drinks plus the nuggets. The fries were old and the chicken sandwich was not appealing at all. Called this location to complaint on the food quality. The person on the other end tried to convince me that I shouldn't wait too long to eat ???. So I get a lecture on how great there food is and how it is all my fault. Oh well goodbye Chick-fil-A. You are not getting my business going forward. Do not recommend

This spicy southwest salad is to die for. I had it 2 days in a row. Other restaurants could learn from chick fil A. I worked for KFC for 25 yrs and we were never staffed like this store. They understand what the customer wants and they deliver on a very high level. Whole staff focused on the customers no joking or playing around but all the employees seem genuinely happy. This place makes me wanna work fast food again.
