My drink is always made incorrectly when I come to this location. They also usually make my friend's incorrectly, and they don't modify their drink at all. Whenever we go, the person taking our order is always rude to us as well. It's been the same person both times, so I don't think that everyone is rude, just the one. If it's not too much of a hassle, the East Washington location in Petaluma is much better.

Welcome to Peet's coffee. A coffee shop chain that has the usual fare for baristas and frozen coffee delights for those of us with less sophisticated pallets. The coffee is good, you little bite morsels are tasty, the Wi-Fi works well and it's centrally located at the intersection of highway 101 and highway 116 North. The servers are well trained and personable. You can also sit and nurse a cup of coffee for a very long time without anyone bothering you while you type away on your electronic devices.

They made my drink wrong twice. A customer ahead of me was upset that they grounded their beans wrong and the employee just laughed about it. We saw a lot of upset customers during this visit due to multiple wrong orders. The customer service is non-existent.

Food and coffee is great, my biggest complaint is their paper straws. These straws barely even last 2 hours before they start crumbling and disintegrating into the drink. I’m not saying go back to plastic, but surely there are better paper straw companies
