Was asked at the speaker to wait one minute. Proceeded to make me wait 10 minutes. From 11:50am to 12:00 pm before even taking my order. Then I asked for no pickle on my bacon cheeseburgers and they both have pickle. And there’s a random piece of lettuce? Insane.

I have came to this location three times so far and I honestly think this will be the last. First time I got food poisoning and left late because of it for my delivery. Second time was ok but frys were cold and there was no actual drink out in the front. This time kinda seals the deal I walk in at 11pm and there is three people waiting to order then myself and two walk in behind me before the 7 people working start taking orders. Honestly I couldnt have been any more disappointed in fast food places in my life until recently. Dont get me wrong this place was not as busy when I dined in. However messing up an order not once but twice is ridiculous. Do your cooks even know what a whopper is? Or what pickles and lettuce is?? I mean a whopper with extra pickles had all jalapeños... no pickles and 2 mini slices of lettuce and thats not what i ordered.Like lord I wasted my sandwich and I should have been able to enjoy it. I ordered delivery, I've ate here a few times but now I don't think I will be back, I ordered two chicken fries meals both large and whoever they got in there now they need re trained. My fries I paid for missing, the chicken fries kinda sucked. I don't really like to complain but come on man its not hard to read what someone ordered.
