Stopped by Taco Bamba Sterling today and ordered the Torta Cubana. Honestly, it was one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. The portion was huge — I was already full after about half of it, but it tasted so good that I ended up finishing the whole thing anyway. Everything was fresh, packed with flavor, and cooked perfectly. I came with a group, and everyone ordered different items. Greeted with a very nice welcome. The young lady that took the order was not only professional but helpful. Totally comfortable with proceeding and placing order as it was the first time at this location. Traditional Torta as prepared and was pleasantly surprised. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience at Taco Bamba was bad enough that I had to. I ordered churros for dessert and clearly told the cashier, Juan Carlos, that I wanted the cookies and cream churro exactly like the one shown in the picture right in front of the register. He just said “yes” like it was understood. When my number was called, I went up and was handed a cup of plain churros—nothing like what I ordered or what they advertise. Talk about taco destiny! I stumbled upon Taco Bamba in Sterling completely by chance—right before they opened for their friends and family event.
