Wow,, taco bell has went to shit! You can’t order in person. The computer system is very hard to understand. I asked for a receipt through text that i never got. Kinda weird you can’t get a paper receipt. The store is so dirty. Looks like they haven’t wiped the napkin station in months. There is a-lot of dust on the napkin holders and in the cups that hold the lids. My daughter and i went to the bathroom to wash our hands and almost slipped. The bathroom floor is super slippery. They sweet sweet lady working the drive thru was absolutely wonderful! My son and I came thru after work and I have to say she was so professional and sweet. I didn't get her name, whoever she is (working late Thursday night after midnight 4-30-26 or 5-1-26) the reason ppl come back even if the food isn't great. The customer service sure was. I picked up an online order 5/1 between 1-2am, and not only was the food prepared beautifully (it was a larger order), but service was awesome. I wasn’t in the best mood and snapped back unnecessarily, and the gentleman that answered was so kind and patient- a patience I didn’t deserve. I called today and apologized, but I want to commend management for awesome training, and staff for such professionalism, even when a customer doesn’t match that energy. We definitely will be coming back, this time with the smile they deserved the first time. Thanks, and highly recommend this location!
