Every time I come to this Burger King the food is on point, but it is the ONLY fast food establishment in my life that if you pass by the first window, they will rudely tell you to reverse to go back to the first window like there isn’t a cash register at the second window. One day someone’s going to reverse into somebody or they’re going to reverse and hit the pole or the building and y’all are gonna have a bad day of liability. Lmao If you don’t want someone to pass the first window, have someone stationed there ready to take payment. Don’t act like I’m the problem. It truly is not the end

I was just met by the most gruff unpleasant impolite and impatient sales rep at the drive through. Apart from being impatient and unhelpful as I asked questions about the menu, he continued talking to someone in the store. When I asked him if he was speaking to me, he barked "I said drive to the first window!". The cashier was very pleasant but the sales rep proceeded to shove my food at me. No smile no greeting just an unfriendly expression that was as off-putting as his demeanor over the coms

The Male Manager, operating this burger king at 3pm on 4/20/26, SHOULD BE FIRED. His customer service was worth jail time... Immediately telling me how i am an inconvenience to him and MAD over me coming in with the coupons HIS LOCATION OFFERS. Go to the other burger king right in Crofton... and save yourself the waste of time with this place. Disgusting behavior. All this after I waited for my order to be taken for 15 minutes.
