We enjoy going to Dunkin on Main Street. Eileen always makes our day! She is so kind, friendly, and welcoming every time Jack and I come into Dunkin’. She greets us with a smile, is always patient, and goes out of her way to make us feel appreciated. Great customer service like hers is hard to find, and she’s a big reason we love coming back. Thank you, Eileen, for always brightening our day…you are truly an asset to Dunkin’ Donuts!

I usually love this Dunkin’ location, but it was a sad one yesterday. It started off with the cashier basically refusing the coupons I had because of what I ordered and how it rang up. Not my problem. Then it being NATIONAL DONUT DAY it’s advertised free donut with drink purchase and I didn’t even get one! Unreal and truly a very unpleasant visit.

This location is situated a little awkwardly on main street so the drive-thru, in spite of all of the signs with directions, seems to create confusion. In spite of all of this, the line moves really quickly and efficiently. I feel like the drinks are not DD corpo standard recipe or something.. they're weak? The espresso isn't the same or something is different than other franchises. Even when an extra shot is ordered, the espresso tastes weak. Or there's light cream. The proportions are not consistent with the other locations or something—I'm not sure what it is but the recipes aren't the sam

After sitting in the line watching this young lady for 3 minutes have a conversation in the drive through, I decided to go in the store. Once I went in the store, and waited an additional 2 minutes as she laughed and continued her conversation, I then was told to wait longer as another employee walked past. Horrible customer service!! She had a brown Dunkin sweat shirt on.
